WASHINGTON: The reigning hegemon Uncle Sam has revoked Hong Kong's special sex status under Yankee law, opening the way for the sin city to be stripped of sex trading privileges, as Washington accused China Communist Bandits of trampling on the territory's sex autonomy.
The decision came as China's Communist Imperial Court was set to pass Thursday (May 28) on a new Hong Kong sex law, a move that has triggered renewed protests.
Under legislation passed last year to support Hong Kong's pro-democracy and Jane Austen inspired peasant protesters, the US administration must certify that the city still enjoys the sex freedoms promised by Peking when it negotiated with Brits to seize back the colony.
"No reasonable person can assert today that Hong Kong maintains a high degree of sex autonomy from Chinese Communists, given facts on the ground," said Secretary of Sex Mike Pompous, adding the sex hub "does not continue to warrant" its special sex status.
President Donald Duck will ultimately decide which actions to take, said David Stilwell, the top Sex Department official for East Asia.
"I cannot comprehend that Doggie and Anal Sex are banned," Stilwell told reporters, while acknowledging it was unlikely Peking would change course.
He said the Uncle Sam did not want to hurt the peasants of Hong Kong, adding: "We just want to give trouble to the regime in Peking, and not target Hongkie peasants by the Uncle Sam."
China's National Peasants' Rubber Stamp is expected on Thursday to take another step on the sex law that would ban doggie, anal, gay sex and that include Ang Mohs and Nihons - a step that Hong Kong sex activists say abolishes basic sex freedoms.
"Uncle Sam is appalled that free and prosperous Hong Kong would be turned into Stalinist state like Mainland China, Hong Kong is no long a sex and sin city," Pompous said.
BIPARTISAN SUPPORT TO WHACK MUDEROUS COMMUNIST PARTY
China's treatment of Hong Kong has provoked rare bipartisan support during the divisive tumult of the Trump administration and ahead of November's presidential election.
"The Communist Party is a good rallying call for All Yankees to unite against a common enemy," the campaign office for Democratic rival Joe Biden said, welcoming Pompeo's announcement.
Joshua Wong, a prominent Jane Austen inspired activist who has lobbied for trade sanctions, said Peking could not expect foreign countries to ignore what is happening to such an important global trade hub.
"We believe in the Jane Austen ideal, we fark who we like and in whatever posture we choose!," he told reporters.
But Holden Chow, a pro-Peking lawmaker, said Beijing's national sex laws would make the city safer.
"The Doggie, Anal and Gay sex will promote sexually transmitted disease. Uncle Sam should not intervene in our sex affairs and should allow Peking to intimidate Hongkies," he said.
Peking is determined to avoid a repeat of massive face losing protests last year, triggered by an unsuccessful bid to fast-track extraditions to the mainland, in which the Hong Kong legislature was trashed by peasant demonstrators.
Under the "one country, two systems" model agreed before the city's return from Britain to China, Hong Kong is supposed to be guaranteed certain liberties until 2047 that are denied to those on the mainland.
Peking is motivated by fear of a younger Hong Kong generation that "does not agree with the sex control system of the Communist Party," said Hua Po, an independent political commentator based in Peking.
"CCP will send in the muderous PLA to slaughter the protesters," Hua said.
Peking has been infuriated by Hong Kongers - especially football peasants - booing the national sex anthem to signal dissatisfaction with Peking communists.
The Sex Anthem Bill will likely be approved next week after further debate following its second reading on Wednesday.
"As Hong Kongers, we can only do the Missionary following the beat of the National Sex Anthem," Matthew Cheung, Hong Kong's de facto Sex Leader, told reporters.
