I like Taiwan too. The people are generally nice, easy going and they have discipline. In Taipei, I saw how the bike-share program started by their government was successful. People rented bikes and returned them accordingly and properly.

I used to do business with the Taiwanese. But moved the business to China due to their lower costs. Now I am moving our supplier base back to Taiwan. I am in the cardboard collecting business.

从5月7日文字报道里出现空降兵部队举行“我国自主研发的某型轮式装甲车授装仪式”，到5月8日央视新闻频道播出授装仪式现场的装甲车画面，这款空降兵的新型装甲车的神秘感只存在了不到24小时。毕竟只是一个小装甲车，对于当代的解放军而言，早就过了需要对此过渡遮遮掩掩的状况了。

不过就是这么个小车，在这不到24小时里时还经历了一次“降档”。央视新闻的视频出来之前，中国展示过的轮式空降装甲车就只有在珠海航展上展出的4X4轮式装甲车，其中一款是军绿色涂装的CS/VN-3C，还有一款是使用了空降兵的兵种色进行涂装，底盘外形接近CS/VN-3B，但两款车都使用了解放军轻型战车标准的带ATF-7反坦克导弹和30毫米机关炮炮塔。也正因此，外界在还没见图的时候，都觉得空降兵接装的应该是那个“蓝色的家伙”。

央视新闻的视频出来之后大家发现，这“新型轮式装甲车”底盘是和“蓝色的家伙”一模一样，车厢还有所加高，虽然载员肯定增加了，但是炮塔不见了，反坦克导弹也不见了，只有一挺12.7毫米重机枪在那儿对付事儿呢……样品上好好的炮塔不见了，终究想想也是不开心。

空降兵作为一种战略和战役机动性很强的兵种，由于空降技术的限制，在相当长的时间里，其战术机动性能反而非常弱——绝大多数的空降兵在伞降之后基本上都是只有徒步机动能力的轻步兵，尽管空降的轻型机械化装备在二战后期就已经很成体系，但是由于运输机运力的限制和后勤支援的难度（空降作战中的机械化装备所需的燃油也是要靠空投保障的），在实战中只有一些“非机械化不可”的技术装备才会舍得装上内燃机。

类似的情况在当代空降兵身上依然十分普遍，解放军空降兵除了名气最大、数量有限的ZBD-03伞兵战车之外，主要的空降机动车辆还是供炮兵分队使用的轻型卡车或者一代猛士，给步兵使用的机动车辆无论是LYT2021还是具备多处武器安装架的一代猛士，其解决的主要都只是机动本身的有无问题，防护什么的原本也没有考虑在内。从这个角度看，有轮式装甲车，比空降兵跳伞之后腿着走路或者乘坐防护性能与民用车辆无异的无防护车辆还是要强得多。无论是作为轻装步兵部队的装甲机动输送力量还是作为配合ZBD-03伞兵战车使用的廉价装甲车辆，空降轮式装甲车都尤其存在的一定意义和价值。

当然如果完全从配合ZBD-03的角度出发，和苏联/俄罗斯一样研制BTR-D/BTR-MD这样基于伞兵战车底盘的装甲输送车其实就行了。不过国内的03伞战变形车本身不多，除了基本型外，就只有运输补给车和装甲指挥车两种车少量实际列装，连大家盼了多年的120毫米迫榴炮都没了下文。加上03伞战已经停产多年，就算要列装更多的伞兵战车，也已经差不多到了要研制新一代型号，而不是复产一款将近20年前装备的时候了。

话说回到这款新的轮式装甲车上来，与和它在外形结构上相似的外贸车型看，该车的状态介乎于CS/VN-3B和CS/VN-3C之间，全重不到9吨，仍然有开窗驾驶所用的驾驶窗，并且有浮渡使用的水上推进器，算是一款中规中矩的设计；车载设备什么信息化的，在如今解放军里也算是标准配置；车长位置上的周视镜自然好过钻出来用望远镜，但看起孔径尺寸，性能更多也是聊胜于无；至于防护嘛，虽然正面可防100米内53式穿甲弹，全车可防100米内53式普通弹的防护能力对于这个吨位的装甲车算是正常，但要是按照最严苛的战场环境设想，不够用的时候也不在少数。

对于解放军的空降兵而言，由于预定进行空降作战的战场地域相对狭小，而且在落地后大概率要在开展进攻作战，夺控各类重要目标的同时，承受对手包括装甲机械化部队在内部队的反冲击。对于以轻装步兵为主的空降兵而言，坦克等重装甲单位对其产生的威胁相当严重；也正因为如此，对于空降兵技术装备而言，强大的火力和迅捷的战场突击能力都是重要而难得的。

▲ 沿着这条路发展下去，那可能就会点出空降坦克这条科技树……在03伞战变形车的研发过程中，之所以120毫米迫榴炮会成为唯一一款投入研制并造出样车的变形的作战车辆，很重要的一个原因便是大口径迫榴炮对于轻型车辆而言较好的适装性，另一个原因则是其能够发射具备一定的直瞄射击能力，以大口径破甲弹获得较强的反坦克能力，对于通常情况下只有无坐力炮、反坦克火箭筒和反坦克导弹等单兵或者轻型反弹装备的空降兵而言，这样的直瞄反坦克能力算是十分难能可贵的。

从装备体系的角度来说，新的轮式装甲车无疑又补上了解放军空降兵部队合成化和机械化作战领域的一处装备空白，在解放军空军有更多大型运输机服役的情况下，能够进行三车连投的轮式装甲车无疑会成为解放军空降兵中具备高度战场机动性和快速突击能力的一支力量，同时补上中国空降兵机械化装备的又一个空白。

至于真正的下一代伞兵战车以及全新一代的空降兵机械化作战装备，那就又是另一个新的故事了。
