Urgent need for PAP government to provide Mask vending machines.
Say it rains or the wind blows your mask off.
Then u have no mask and are immediately fined $300.
Like that, it is better and safer u feign a heart attack, say chest pain and cannot breathe and fall to the ground.
Ambulance brings u to hospital and A&E says don't worry, no heart attack, fees $120 for A&E charges, they give u free mask and put u in taxi on way home.
This would not have been necessary if PAP gahmen provided mask vending machines or mandate 7-11 to sell masks.
Then people have no excuse not to wear mask.
Masks will be sold at above the market price both to pay costs of machine and to prevent hording.
Covid-19 inspectors will monitor the machine and request for quick top up when supplies are running low.
Then police can prosecute people fairly, not just because they were unlucky or along the way, their mask became was blown off by the wind or became dirty.
Maybe for those who visited a hospital or infected place, they throw away the used mask and return home without a mask is better than wearing the same soiled mask just to satisfy the legal requirements but spread COVID-19 ultimately.
Other mask emergency alternative should also be allowed, such as covering head with paper bag (eyes seeing holes of course), wear balaclavas or scarf over the mouth. (all mouth covering options should be acceptable options)
