新华社加拉加斯3月31日电 当地时间30日凌晨，中国向委内瑞拉派遣的抗疫医疗专家组抵达委首都加拉加斯。中方捐赠的检测试剂、防护用品、药品等物资也一同抵达。
“爱与爱并行”
这是中国政府向拉美派出的第一个医疗专家组。专家组由国家卫生健康委员会组建，来自江苏省，共8人，包括呼吸与危重症医学、传染病控制、实验室检测等多个领域的专家。

委内瑞拉外长阿雷亚萨、卫生部长阿尔瓦拉多、经济和财政部长塞尔帕以及中国驻委大使李宝荣等到机场迎接。

“中国的成功抗疫经验将为我们的抗疫工作提供指导，帮助我们确定防疫最佳战略，从而拯救更多生命。”

此前，两批来自中国政府和企业的援助医疗物资已运抵委内瑞拉。30日当天，在随专家组一同抵达的捐赠物资上，用中文和西文写的这样一句话十分醒目：“爱与爱并行”。
借鉴中国模式抗疫奏效
委内瑞拉总统马杜罗30日在电视讲话中和个人推特账号上发文欢迎中国抗疫医疗专家组的到来。“这是真正的人道主义援助，感谢中国政府和人民对委人民的支持。”

委副总统罗德里格斯当天也在电视讲话中对中国专家组和中方捐赠物资的到来表示感谢，并表示中国的抗疫经验将很大提升委应对疫情的能力。

罗德里格斯说，随着来自中国的快速检测试剂到位，委内瑞拉防疫将进入“大量检测”阶段。委政府决定即日起对自3月初入境的所有人员进行检测，目前已联系了5万人，将很快对他们进行检测。委内瑞拉将有望成为试剂检测人口比例最高的拉美国家。
马杜罗日前表示，由于从发现疫情一开始就借鉴中国采取的严格隔离措施，委内瑞拉成功切断了90%以上病毒在本地的传播链条。根据专家提供的数据，若不及时采取全国范围隔离措施，委确诊病例将达到目前的几十倍，这再次证明了中国抗疫模式的有效性。
