*Economic stimulus plan: 250B RM*
500M RM to KKM + 1,000 M RM for equipment purchase for MOH
Takaful payments to be deferred for 3 months for low income users
Special allowance to front liner medical industry personnel (Doctors, nurses)- Increased from 400RM-600RM monthly from 1/April until end of COVID plague
200 RM/monthly to police, army, customs, RELA to all those involved in the direct efforts of the MCO from 1/April until end of COVID plague- 190, 000 to benefit
*Bantuan perihatin nasional*-
RM1,600 for RM4,000 monthly households and below
RM1,000 for those with RM4,000-8,000 monthly household incomes
RM 800 for singles with salaries below RM2,000
RM 500 for singles with salaries above RM2,000 - RM4,000
All the above are for one-off for M40 and B20.
Higher education students:
All students to get RM200 one off. Including polytechnic, private universities, matrix.

PRS:
Government allows withdrawal of Account B from PRS for each member from April-Dec 2020 up to RM1,500 (TBC)
B40 in urban areas (PPR/PPA):
Government agrees to extend the free rent to 6 months for all PPR.
Power Bills:
Government and TNB to provide 15-50% discount to power users up to usage of 600kWh/month.
50%: Below 200 kWh
25%: 201 kWh-300 kWH
15%: 301 kWH- 600 kWH
Bill is applicable from April 2020, for 6 months.
Telecommunications and Multimedia:
Free internet for all users from 1/April up to end of MCO.
Public servants:
One Off cash of RM500 for 1.5 million public servants below grade 56, including contract staff.
Retirees to get RM500 one off also
Food supplies:
1 Billion RM allocated to Dana Jaminan Makanan.
Subsidy Upah:
To assist company owners to retain workers.
RM600/month for all workers for 3 months for workers salaries below RM4,000.
Applicable for employee/companies with losses/loss of business up to 50% .
No retrenching the workers or giving them unpaid leave.
To benefit 3.3 million workers
E-hailing:
Rm500 one off to 120,000 drivers of E-hailing.
For SME, BNM and government to allocate additional 4.5 B RM for 5 main initiatives.

Khidmat Rundingan Majikan. For employees options, delay or restructuring for employees reduce their EPF contribution up to 10 Billion RM.
HRDF:
Excluded for 6 months for all sectors beginning April 2020.
Bank incomes from income from loans only taxed after the moratorium period.
Moratorium on payments extended to TEKUN, MARA and koperasi.
