both prc and shitdia have the worst, but prc takes the cake (no pun intended). a modern pubic toilet in prc gets trashed and shitty on 1st day of operation.

of course their old toilets have always been disgusting. you can build the most modern toilets in prc but you can't take the prc out of tiongs.
