I just said above that I fight with kt latha to get more sinkies application when she gave me loads of Indian resume and you dare to twist to the opposite. And when I said fight it means fight as kt latha was pushing me to select the Indian accountant resumes in the meeting and I told her and lj Mccully in the meeting that we should hire local if not Malaysian accountant whenever possible. If not they may take money and run. All these are facts that transpired in the meeting not empty talk ok.

I am in your situation before but I am more street-wise than you. I went up straight to MD office and talk my director about the HR so he decided to let me source my own candidate and I assured him that the recruitment agency that we are used is not costly at all (much cheaper than the industry).

Yes I override my HR but who care as long as I got the people I wanted

Oh obviously I only called up her company to check only after she was hired and I was suspicious of her lazy Cantonese bitch behavior. It should be hr job to have checked this and obviously kt latha didn’t do proper job after taking over from the ex hr manager and that was the first time she was dealing with the hiring instead of the ex hr manager.

No I didn’t say a word on this at all for six years until late 2015 or so in this forum. In my philosophy of hiring people, it is regardless of nationality and only choose the one in need of the job and willingly to work hard for you. I often fought with my HR in offering my selected candidate an extra $200 on top of her asking salary. If HR refused, I will go MD office again
