Not really, they were inventing a biological weapon in the P4 virus lab in Wuhan. Whether it was leaked out by intention or accident, time will tell.

I read that it was the US that created this monster virus to weaken China. So many theories, which one to believe?
Make sense that Wuhan hosted military war game on Oct 2019. 300 US military took part and on 18-10-2019 1st case infected with unknown virus pneumonia type, 2 weeks after the games ended.

I first read about this virus in early Dec. But no one expect it to spread that quickly even though the authorities could have taken the threat seriously. The local health authorities were just concerned about covering their rear end instead of addressing a public health issue.
