Since this Keling Sham is being sued in Malaysia for something which he did in his capacity as SG's MiniStar for Home Affairs, the Ministry will hire a top notch Malaysian lawyer for him and his lawyer's bills will be paid by Sinkie taxpayers. Malaysian judges will most probably rule that it is against public policy to enforce another country's anti-fake news laws for things said and done in Malaysia, especially since Malaysia itself has abolished Najib's anti-fake news laws for breaching fundamental human rights. this is different in that mha is compelling them to pof this falsehood in their country, moreso when they've repealed their own pofma.
in that context, best is to refute the allegation/s until such time both countries have some sort of agreement on these issues (as in criminal cases) - as sovereignty is at stake here
