1. Facing BBQ area view. .. smell BBQ every weekend all day, and noisy..

2. Facing swimming pool view... kids yell and scream from as early as 6am sunrise and through the day. Swimming lessons make it worse trainer whistle and yell at kids...

3. Facing waterfall view. Sound like raining outside with the noise every minute u think is raining now...

4. Facing road entrance... smoke from cars get into yr room,

And resident inside cars can notice what size bras, and panty size, u hang from yr balcony while queuing to leave...

From the clothes u hang on the balcony can tell fake poor ah neh with same clothes all the time, or poor people hang bad quality clothes on their balcony..... no money want to act hoalian braggarts live in condo...

5. Also avoid buy block view facing resting areas with plenty of chairs and tables near swimming pool where residents can sit there whole night talk cock sing song till late disturb yr sleep... noise amplify and travel above water and opposite block view facing the pool tables also kenna too...

And more..

And also dont buy the one with views facing the other condo with all mentioned in yr condo, lppl....

Stay in HBD still the best...

Next, bad properties Not to buy in HDB....

Condo punters should also check which direction the sunlight shines through the windows.

Once a person become a private property owner here .. everything become so expensive with no subsidies

Women should not look down on men staying in the HDB flats because this is a practical living

It is pointless to stay in the private condominium & looking for $2.50 economic nasi lemak for your daily lunch

Never entangle an expensive yet miserable old life

Not really. The only annoyances for a condo dweller is the monthly fee you pay for the tennis courts, gym, swimming pool etc. If you're not a sporty type it feels like an additional tax.

Also, some condos are far from town centres and MRT stations. If you don't drive, you need to walk, cycle or take a bus, maybe shuttle bus.

Unless the private property owner is a rich if he/she is a salaried employee than it’s not advisable own this :poop:

Not really. Some people don't mind going into a bit of debt to finance a property which escalates in value.
