They aren't so many high value business residing there. Why are they building so many condo ???
1st thing is to attract business,then build.

but they are doing it opposite. Build condo and hope that demand will pick up for their small space condo.

Greedy Prc developers have deep pockets. Got holding power.

They have no or low amount of activity. No activity then there be no business. No point setting up n business also.

So developers has to come up with some innovative solution. They will try to drum up activity. How? By offering it for free. Then more people will go in. Chicken and egg question.
