Tan Tock Seng Hospital: Six PMD user deaths since 2017, spike in injuries

Cos hes unable to make up his mind. No foresight. Now thinking of banning pmds.
Being the lenient, compassionate and understanding man he is (like all pap ministers are), he is giving PMD riders a chance to repent first. Long Live PAP!!

Alamak. U sound like our resident mother of all borlumbar each passing minute...

You must measure deaths per kilometer travelled to be fair. 100 deaths for millions of km travelled by vehicles vs 6 deaths for tens of thousands of km travelled by PMDs

What about the scores of people who have died from choking on their food since 2017 they were not even moving when it happened.

In Auckland they have found that PMDs are safer than push bikes and push scooters and a lot safer than playing Rugby.

Speed restrictions should be considered for pmd's. In ang moh country, this is just common sense. If you see somebody walking ahead, just slow down a bit.

i'm not sure how to measure deaths per km by choked food

My point exactly. A death is a death regardless of how it is caused and at the moment road accidents cause the deaths of around 120 people a year. It is a shockingly high figure.

If everyone used PMDs the figure would be much lower because PMDs are smaller, lighter and safer.

Should ask those NEA officers go catch these PMD reckless riders instead of smokers.. or wait... fines from smokers more revenue yah
