Burmese tofu is a food of Shan origin, made from water and flour ground from yellow split peas and the Burmese version of chickpea flour, also known as besan flour.

Burmese tofu is unrelated to Chinese tofu, which is made from soy milk with added coagulants.

Hey ah sam @Leongsam , know what this is? Am doing research on tofu variants and was wondering if you ever encountered this. How does it taste? Anybody in your family ever say anything about it?

Lots of Burmese bitches hang around Penis-sula Plaza. A few of the more atas ones hang out at the nearby National Gallery and Capitol Piazza.

I expect to see them at the soon-to-open new Funan mall.

should not even be called Burmese as Shan are not strictly not Burmese (Bamar) but Thai (Tai)
