【星島日報報道】秀茂坪私營安老院兩名八旬女院友本月16日因瑣事發生爭執，其中一名婆婆推撞期間跌倒陷入昏迷，送院搶救後當晚不治，終年85歲。另一名婆婆被控一項誤殺罪，今到觀塘裁判法院應訊。控方申請押後，表示被告的2份精神科報告尚未完成，亦不反對被告保釋。裁判官將案押後到9月27日，並批准被告以現金和人事擔保各3000元保釋候訊。
88歲被告駱潤桃坐着輪椅，由親友陪伴下離開法院。她被控於本月16日在秀茂坪順天邨街市地下的康達(順天)護老中心內的走廊，非法殺死張惠芳。

[Sing Tao Daily reported] Two 80-year-old female residents of Sau Mau Ping private residential care homes had a dispute over trivial matters on the 16th. One of the mother-in-laws fell into a coma during the crash and was ill after being sent to hospital for treatment. Another mother-in-law was charged with a manslaughter and is now in the Kwun Tong Magistracy. After the prosecution’s application was postponed, it indicated that the defendant’s 2 psychiatric reports had not been completed and did not object to the defendant’s bail. The magistrate adjourned the case until September 27 and approved the defendant's 3,000 yuan bail on cash and personnel guarantees.

The 88-year-old defendant, Luo Runtao, was in a wheelchair and accompanied by relatives and friends to leave the court. She was accused of illegally killing Zhang Huifang in the corridor in the Kangda (Shuntian) Nursing Center on the ground floor of Shun Tin Village Market in Sau Mau Ping on the 16th of this month.
