Singapore Post (SingPost) has come under fire yet again, with yet another complaint over poor service by another disgruntled customer.
Criticising the postal service company, Facebook user Min Jia revealed that she was sent an unsuccessful delivery notice via SMS when she waited at home all day for her parcel. She added that was seated in her living room and no postman had come to her door prior to the “unsuccessful delivery”:
“I am disappointed. This was the second time within a month that my parcel delivery was deemed unsuccessful when i had been home the whole day. In fact, when I received the sms notification of unsuccessful delivery, I was right here sitting on my sofa waiting for the parcel. No, there was no delivery notice as stated and no one at my door. “Remember the case of thrown-away letters and parcels within Ang Mo Kio Ave 4 and 5 in January? I live just one street down, at Ang Mo Kio Ave 2.”
