I don't think Chong revealed the identities of the troopers.

It's far worse than all that you listed. I was sentenced to death but on appeal, my death penalty was commuted and I was incarcerated in Changi prison for 25 years - 2 years more than Chia Thye Poh. It's all because of him. Hence, my "grudges" against him.
