Being handsome will add a shine to your face and cushion the process of ageing.

Perhaps what we are seeing is not Dr M looking younger; he is simply more pleasant looking.
 
The Tun looks younger than his age because he has a good posture both sitting and standing! He sits like a macho man and not cross-legged like CAQ. During inspection of the GOH, he walks in a straight line unlike CAQ who sashays like he is doing catwalk.:roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:
