Right Leg numbness with slight cramp feeling...

Why huh? Can't get rid of this numbness and slight cramp feeling from the back of my right thigh to the back of my right calf... Just went for a 2km threadmill run and the numbness and slight cramp still there...

I have a scheduled 2km swim this afternoon and wondering whether I can handle this ...
 
You're aging, just do tos stretching excise in the morning will do. No need to swim or go on the treadmill. For cardiovascular just cycle for 1 hour will do.
 
Numbness in lower limbs could be sign of spinal cord compression. If u suffer from lower back pain, could be related. Might be time for an MRI before it gets worse. Good luck.

Thanks, I don't have any back pain or back health problems...Hoping that it will go away and hope that it's some muscular issue and nothing serious...Started yesterday after my 5km run and troubling me overnight and woke up with the same this morning...:(

Ok hope u get well soon. Pay attention to the numbness if it doesn't go away. Not a good sign.

I realize a lot of the fit ppl are the ones with health issues bcos they put too much strain on their bodies. So better to Cho Bo Lan. N laze around. Less stress on the body

KNN just ensure the numbness is not of 1 sided then should be fine KNN else is a early stroke symptoms KNN take care

I think the ATB vacuumed him of all his qi during the recent HK trip. Maybe the ATB is a cougar - 四十如虎, 五十坐地吸土。

good to exercise but i think you exercise too much, our aging bodies not like when we r in 20s,
and dont start worrying about every little pain and aches, its natural that the aging body will have lots of harmless ailments

Completed my scheduled swim with a buddy :) All good but still got cramp like feeling ... Lesser after swim....
