Malay people live shorter lifespans in Singapore.
IPS 30th Anniversary:
Diversities: New and Old
25 – 26 October 2018
Sands Grand Ballroom (Level 5), Sands Expo and Convention Centre
Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
Speech and Q&A with DPM Tharman, 8.30pm, 25 October 2018, CNA.
A/Prof Paul Annand Thambaya says Malay people life span is 70.6 yrs but Chinese people (based on birth registration) is 78yrs. (Malay people thus live 7.4yrs shorter lives than Chinese people).
But Mr Tharman gave a lousy reply saying that it wasn't income problem...
Actually, it's a whole race problem.
Me thinks that PAP needs to come clean with this statistic and improve social and health inequality in Singapore.
