correct. but Grab and Go-Jek would rather called it Performance Base Incentives ( rather than salary). Zero incentives if you missed the Target at various scales.

i worry for the safety of Both Passengers and PHC Drivers.

LTA should clamp down on all these incentives nonsense for the sake of road and passengers safety.
