Can la. Why not? Their award is in recognition of their out-of-the-box quick-thinking and stealthy response i.e. take cover inside the ambulance in a matter of split seconds. Disappearing act!! The whole country and the the rest of the world who follow Singapore news also knew about their heroics. Well done!
