This dish known as Kway Chap, it is a rolled up rice noodle in pork broth there are many versions found in Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia. In Thailand the main ingredient is crispy pork in the soup.

This shop serve in 2 types of soup, dark with soya sauce and white peppery and I prefer the white. I chose to have minced pork and liver.
