Very strange to say the least! When they filed their challenge last year, the Malaysians said they have fresh evidence, previously unavailable that will shed light on their ownership of the isle and rocks. What a climb down! The Sultan of Johore has every right to be pissed off; not just with the ICJ but with the PM. It was a subject very close to his heart.
