Singtel advertisement deceptive and misleading.
Reminds me of bait n switch trick by untrustworthy service providers.
Why say that the 2Gbps Fibre broadband can be bought for $20/mth? (Red big font in 'SIGN UP' box).
Should INSTEAD say inside the FIRST box that 2Gbps fibre broadband service costs $69.90/mth, only in last box (after one has already subscribed for 'CAST' at $50.60/mth, den get $49.90/mth rebate on fibre broadband price.
Alternatively, should say in 1st box('SIGN UP') that subscription to 'CAST' is pre-requisite to buy 2Gbps fibre broadband service at discount price of $20/mth...
Otherwise, some people might just sign up for the 2Gbps Fibre broadband (1st box in flow chart: i.e. without 'CAST') thinking it costs $20/mth but be shocked by the $69.90 /mth bill because the advertisement is is too complex to understand and not user friendly...
This shows that singtel has lost its heart for the customer and is now resorting to unhealthy gimmicky advertising that is likely to mislead customers because it likes to hide onerous hidden conditions within lots of nebulous fine print.
