So what if he invested money here and there, at least some money reach the ground, the hospital is still running.

The monk also teaches us that Money is lubricant, it almost can be a king to do every thing in life.

Yes they pay themselves out-of -the- world salaries, but think again, at least some public money reach the ground---upgrading of flats, GST rebates, economy shares.
