昆明：返乡旅客打工收入遗失车厢 乘警发现及时归还

中新网云南新闻2月10日电（李明洋 史珂维）2月8日8时许，由厦门开往昆明的K231次旅客列车停靠曲靖火车站，家住罗平县的唐先生非常激动，在外打工一年，终于可以回家与家人团聚，火车门刚刚打开，唐先生就迫不及待的下了车，然而，处于兴奋状态的他根本没有留意，自己的一个包忘在车厢里了，包里还有他一年打工的全部收入。

8时20分，列车缓缓开动，昆明铁路公安处乘警支队民警张江源开始了新一轮的车厢巡视，当他走到3号车厢时，发现过道上放着一个大号牛仔包，经问询周边旅客，没人认领这个包，凭借多年的值乘经验，乘警认定这个包是旅客着急下车遗忘在车上的，随后乘警将行李包拿到餐车，对包进行检查，经检查，发现包里有十个烟盒，每个烟盒里面都装有人民币，合计21300元整。发现该情况后，乘警立即向乘警支队汇报，支队通过购票系统和车厢内视频监控找到该包主人唐先生和他的联系方式，乘警立即拨通了失主的电话，而接到电话的唐先生此时才发现自己的行李不在了。当天下午，失主唐先生乘车赶往昆明站，在候车室内将自己遗失的现金取回。

昆铁警方提示：春运期间，客流剧增，返乡旅客在乘车时，要确认自己的行李物品，下车出站时要及时清点自己的行李，如果发现行李遗失，要立即向民警寻求帮助。（完）

Actually it's real news..but out of 1000 corrupt cases. This is the 1% honest case to look good. Like a red herring

This one, gotta agree with you, but it is extremely unusual for a PRC to refuse money & not to take the money left behind, not in their DNA. Was the news, some publicity stunt or fake news. Honestly, I would have taken the money.
