PAP installed a president to their liking, and than installed another PAP stooges to check on the installed president If both installed people cannot decide what to do, they let PAP have the final say in parliament. It is easy to screw Singaporeans under this kind of "independent" settings. Nobody knows how much portion of Singapore reserve is missing by the time LHL stepped down and just like Keppel and SMRT, probably swept under the carpet in denial.
