I have one from MINDEF after I "graduated" from National Slavery....it says the same thing as the above., back then, it was printed on less decorative paper, sombre looking, like they have issued a cert from the mortuary..but, the prospective employers, don't give a shit! on that piece of paper, for the have been through N.S. too & sure, they have a 'very good' impression of SAF. Another crap & bullshits from the "whities", who make you feel privileged to have served & honoured to have that piece of paper.

If you both took your military training seriously, you could find employment as a merc in private security companies like Blackwater, where they pay handsomely for security.
