I expect Madam Halimah to win. By now, all PAP supporters can see that TCB is anti-singapore with an axe to grind. Having him for president will guarantee chaos in our parliament pretty much like Trump's administration. There will be constant bickering and fighting, with the running of the government getting stalled half the time.
When sinkies vote overwhelmingly for a PAP government, they basically are voting against the kind of government we see in America, UK and Taiwan, where the many factions in parliament spend more time bickering and holding up legistation just to score political points.
