The Islamic State (ISIS) struck the heart of Barcelona yesterday and left at least 13 dead and more than 100 injured in the most serious attack on Spain since 11 March and the first jihadist since. A van was launched against the hundreds of people who were in La Rambla. The Mossos confirmed that this is a coordinated attack.
