Mr Farid Khan Kaim Khan, a Singaporean of Pakistani-Arab descent has announced his bid for the Elected Presidency this year. He said that he wanted to fulfil the people's wish and trust by contesting in this reserved elections for the Malay community.

Farid Khan is the Chariman of marine services provider Bourbon Offshore Asia which has a shareholder equity of S$400 million, $100 million short of the $500 million needed to qualify for the Elected Presidency.

He is also founder of Bumi Subsea, an undersea operations company specialising in remotely operated undersea vehicles for the oil and gas industry.

Farid said he was most concerned with radicalism within the community and if elected will work closely with the Government to solve this issue. He plans to submit his application form next week.

If you are muslim and practice malay culture, you are considered malay.

Chinks who practice malay culture but reject islam such as the peranakans will never even be considered 1% malays. They are still chinks. Peranakan is just a nice term for chink in malay costume. But still 100% chink.

I doubt he will qualify anyway,,,Pinky will ensure that only his chosen one will be president,,,anyone that is an outsider will be effectively barred,,,he cant afford an outsider coming in and rocking the boat,
