Get a sleep apnea machine come with ???

Sleep w the machine on with the mask through out the night.

Sleep with mask on u breadth clean air than suck bedhseet cotton wool if u sleep on yr side. All good.

Guess what is the ??? To add to the machine.

some years back, I can't recall which airport I was in... There were shops offering 15 mins oxygen therapy.. sit on some device and they just let the oxygen out for you to breathe.. cannot recall where.. never tried... Find it quite stupid to pay for air ...
 
Apnea machine is used by people who snores loud and lack of sleep.

But if u use the machine for good oxygen dust free intake during sleep helps alot with your health.

why is our atmosphere made up of 20 percent oxygen 80 percent others?we dont use 80 percent of the gas we breathe.oxygen is a poison,if we breathe 100 percent oxygen for too long we will die.
