Most forum webmasters are calling it a day simply because there is no money to be made anymore running an on line bulletin board.
The web has moved on and social media now dominates and there is a facebook page, instagram or youtube site for just about anything under the sun.
Only speciality forums survive driven by topics that require a certain degree of anonymity.

Nothing. It looks like the domain has expired. However it could be suspended pending renewal. Webmasters sometimes forget to renew a domain registration and don't realise it till the default splash page appears instead of their website.
