Wonder why so many Top professionals incl tos at the Top in Civil service, aft their retirement prefer live and die in a foreign land. Do they not miss their beloved Gahman who has taken care of em well when they were active.

Agree, researchers move and its nvr ending in search of knowledge. Im refering to many others, such as retired Judges and Top ranking Military officers.
