What is happening to Singapore?

Shopping malls are empty! Restaurants are closing. Retailers are struggling

NOL is bankrupt! SG's pride, Kep Corp, is retrenching 8000 employees.

Hawker stalls are closing shop. Even casinos are struggling.

The worse is yet to come.

But LHL denies anything is wrong and insists his strategies are right. What are LHL's strategies?
1. Build shopping malls
2. Build condos
3. Rely on vices such as gambling and prostitution
4. Import more cheap unqualified foreigners to boost GDP
5. Distract Singaporeans by manipulating SG's Constitution and accuse WP of not running AHTC well
6. Keep Singaporeans busy by liberalising online gambling

And he thinks his above strategy will work for SG's downed economy?

Nothing is wrong with Singapore but everything is wrong with you. This is a down time in the economic world cycle and we are better poised than most to weather it out but sinister people like you use this opportunity to badmouth the Government and try to foment dissent and dissatisfaction in our country. Your agenda is to bring the country down.
All Singaporeans be warned that this sinister individual has bad intentions for Singapore and Singaporeans.
 
Until foreigners pack up and leave ...everything is great in sinkapore. There is no downturn since foreigners are still employed here. When hard times hit sinkee, the PAP is not worried. Say something that sinkees like to hear and everything is okay.

Silly you. :rolleyes: One group of FTs leave, another group arrives. Banking sector falters, IT sector grows. No matter which sector expands or where the FTs come from, there will always be crumbs tricked down to sinkies. :)

you mean now you only realised that sinkieland is in deep sh!t??? I warned the forummers here 2 years ago about the perfect storm hitting sinkieland at end 2016 and alot of the forummers here laughed at me . hahahhahhah Now I am having the last laugh. to the bank.
in fact I don't even think sinkieland would recover. after the casinos what's next??? there is no creativity or original product to boast of. No apple or BMW or samsung or sony or even LG or Kia or hyundai equivalent. the koreans have over took us (when in 1960s and 70s they were poorer than us). the casinos and all the crap condos overbuilt and now gathering dust. all the hype building condos and importing FT etc is a big fat ponzi scheme for them to collect more revenue and taxes. No original product. the old man was correct. should not allow the casinos and now it is too late to turn back the clock. even loan sharks and gambling related issues are skyrocketting. huat ah!!!!
