What happens to the customers who are caught in a Vice raid? Do they go to jail? is the treatment same to Singapore citizens , PR holders and EP holders?

Do they have to pay any fine?

Why the need to vouch for anyone? It is not a crime. They can only ask you to give a statement as a witness. If they ask anyone to vouch, refuse it. They can't do jackshit and they cannot hold on to you.
