What is the proper word to address people who go for plastic surgery ?

Do clinics address these people as "patients" ? It's not a sickness, and it doesn't seem proper to address them as patients. They are more customers or clients.

In any clinic is still "patients" lor.
But if I name I will call "hiao ji"

Eg . Nurse a conversation to nurse b. A will say the patient (bonut) will be here 1pm
I recommend ..the hiao ji (bonut) will be here at 1pm :o
