In a bid to upskill myself, I have decided to read one book a month. I intend to read widely on a range of topics, both fiction and non-fiction. What are some of your favourite books that you esteemed forummers would recommend?

Start w Shakespeare, then hardy boys n peppered with Archie or tintin for deserts.

For lunch, do Albert Camus or marcel Proust. For climax, read finegan's wake by James Joyce.

Upon finishing these, try war & peace for size.

Movies about books also can, saves one the time of having to read the book, lazy bums like me can capture the gist of this great book for example in one hour instead of one day
