You compared SG with Japan, HK and Korea. I advised you and others that there is no need to compare with Japan, HK, Korea, including, Laos, India or Bangladesh. Simple advice and you dont understand

To put thing in perspective , there will always be the poor and downtrodden in societies. Singapore is not too bad compared to other countries in taking care of the elderly and poor. Of course , more can always be done to support , but the issue is whether you want to swing to the far left or stay in the center left. The extreme left you will end up with a society that is lazy and unproductive because of generous handouts. It is not sustainable in the long run.
