Its the stress of repeating same speech in three languages. Totally unnecessary. Just a speech in malay should be sufficient. Those who cannot understand should leave the island.

it's part of social media challenge these days. instead of getting dunk with a bucket of ice, consuming a spoonful of chilli powder, or chomping on a corn on the cob attached to a drill, world leaders are stepping up to the "collapsing" challenge by falling down in public appearances and crowded events. a pm in a city state has already accomplished the feat and pass the challenge.
