And what will PRC sell to Canada? Opium? Good try, but the Canucks already have pot! Home grown and likely the highest quality in the world in their homeland in Vancouver - BC Bud. Legalization is going to happen very soon, probably within the next year, by Spring 2017. China is a little late. Opium might appeal to some there, but I'd say most would rather stick to pot.

For competition, to see who is better, Canada is not interested to fight a war - they prefer to play ice-hockey. USA and Russia are their greatest rivals. China, still has a long way to go to be competitive in this sport.

Yes. But the Canadian military is a joke! Pilots have complained that many of their aircraft are older than them! Just consider this - after World War 2, the Canadian military was the second largest in the world! Today? They play ice-hockey and drink beer! Under the US military umbrella, there is little need to modernise her military hardware, so the tax money is spent on other areas.
