Guess the race Passer-by confronts enforcement officer who parked motorbike illegally

An enforcement officer was confronted by a passer-by for parking his motorbike illegally to have a meal.

A clip of incident, credited to Siva Kumar, was posted on Roads.sg.

The video show the passer-by asking the officer if he was allowed to park where he had left his motorbike.

The officer responds that he was not supposed to park there, but was previously issuing a summon and encountered an issue with his machine.



The passer-by argues that the officer was not on duty and was having a meal.

The officer thanks him for the feedback, and says he will move the motorbike.

However, the passer-by says he will take a few photos of the incident first.

look at this photo, it is complicated.
this enforcer has the chinese look but Muslim Malay behaviour and eating at the mamak stall.
I suspect he is of chinese blood but adopted by Malay Makcik since he was young

The person who complained, should leave down his vehicle number & where he live..so that the "enforcer" can "LOOK" after his vehicle for him or "LOOK" after him.....ha ha ha ha

hard to judge incident as you know in sg ppl judge a person by his apperance/race rather than his actions so that a shit skin or a m&d would be left off while a chinese condemned. The officer looks chinese so he's definitely in the wrong if he's a m&d or a shit skin he will be let off. Now we have to see who confronted him. If it's a chinese nobody will say anything if it's a m&d or a shit skin he will be praised. Doesn't sound fair to me.

Could be that he only goes after those with authority and enforcement powers. No need scared.
