ok, you're right to have john tan in your team for biz dev as if can get a contract for a cluster of comm clubs, hosay liao.
a relative new-comer in the industry called "expertise" got a contract with tanglin club and now getting referrals to closeby am'kan club and nearby commercial entities, which allows for economies of scale (force multiplier, if you will) in moving the workers around as urgent leave, tardiness, mc's etc are the norm in cleaning companies. note that the penalty clause for these factors can be a hefty cost to your ops.
