There are days when I wondered about Ramseth's background and what he actually did in the US. I recall an incident where someone in this forum asked if anyone knew about a certain Taiwanese chap residing in SF and Ramseth knew enough about him and actually met him. The Taiwanese chap was recruited by Mindef in early years to train our Navy and he was memorable for one particular reason and it was his peculiar sexual habit. The Govt was concerned but it came to pass. I was surprised that Ramseth even met this chap.
