Been watching this amazing chap Cesar Millan on Youtube. Imo, the best dog whisperer in the US. Seems to have solutions to all dog related problems. No need to wear any protective attire when confronting aggressive dogs. Comments?

Yup from a Labrador I think. Supposedly a friendly breed like beagles.
