Company X is a chenghu service provider.
Company Y Is another chenghu company that company X give business to.
Company X has manager and company y also has manager.
But company y manager is like a mouse and can be eaten by any staff from company x becos he see company x as a customer.
Both company x and y staffs work in the same office
Will u consider to work in company y even the pay is bit better than company x ? But everyday have to see the mood of company x people.
This type of business structure should be abolish I find.

last time, i worked in an environment where i was squeezed by 2 companies. i was the vendor for them and life was difficult. i can understand how you feel. if pay is good, then i suggest close one eye and tolerate. moreover, times are bad. not easy to find job nowadays.:o

If is a pte Co as a vendor it is quite expected.

not really, i was from a private company and was working for LTA(gahment agency) and SBS(GLC). you can find all sorts of weirdos in these companies.
