It's possible to take the train from Singapore to London

I read about the Orient Express when I was young, wonder does this run from Singapore to London by rail? but there is the Eastern and Oriental Express http://www.belmond.com/eastern-and-oriental-express/

Now that Tanjong Pagar, Railway Station is closed....don't think the train come here.....maybe from Johor Baru Station?
