As even ISIS could ship and sold huge amount of Lucrative Oil to buy arms ans ammo supplies, ANY form of under-cover trades is possible. As long as there is supplies and demands, as long as there is profits, businesses as usual.

Why blame Turkey when Assad's Syria is also knowingly buying cheap oil from ISIS? Asad's military and economy needs the oil to fight ISIS, and ISIS needs the money to buy more weapons and pay its Jihadists to topple Assad.
