Another thing is: she needs more cardio to burn excess calories – i.e. more long runs. Interval training is not going to cut it – it's meant to increase speed and fast twitch musculature for middle and long-distance athletes. Going to the gym 6x a week and doing calisthenics is also a waste of time: it build muscular bulk but it's not going to cut fat. At this juncture her priority is to burn fat: lots of cardio, plus some weight training to maintain muscle mass. And then watch her diet.
