e International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) issued on Friday a high level alert in a bulletin seeking arrest of the Islamic cleric Yusuf Al-Qaradawi , head of the International Union for Muslim Scholars and a lifelong Muslim Brotherhood supporter.

Interpol stated that the Qatar-based sheikh is wanted by the judicial authorities of Egypt to serve a sentence. He is charged with agreement, incitement, and assistance to commit premeditated murder, facilitating a prison escape, as well as involvement in arson, vandalism, and theft.

Prosecutor General Hisham Barakat requested Interpol to arrest Qaradawi and turn him in to Egyptian authorities in December 2013.

The 88 year-old faces charges alongside ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi and 129 others for a mass jail break that was allegedly carried out with the help of Hamas and Hezbollah during the 2011 uprising that ousted Hosni Mubarak.

Qaradawi had urged Egyptians to boycott last May’s presidential elections, which President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi won. Qaradawi had also published a fatwa on his website calling the 30 June events a military coup, and urging all Egyptians to support ousted president Mohamed Morsi to restore him to his “legitimate post.” He also claimed that Al-Sisi had consulted personalities who “do not represent the Egyptian people,” including Ahmad Al-Tayeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar.

Al-Qaradawi was stripped of his citizenship by former president Gamal Abdel Nasser. He was arrested under Egypt’s King Farouk in 1949, then again under Nasser in 1956 and later in 1963. He then fled to Qatar, where he became a citizen in the 1970s.

After the January 25 Revolution Qaradawi made his first public appearance in Egypt in Tahrir Square when he led Friday prayers on 18 February, 2011.

In 2004, Qaradawi refused the leadership of Egypt’s Muslim Brotherhood for the second time.

Qaradawi had been banned from entering the US since 1999 and UK since 2008. Authorities also refused him entry into France.

The Al Jazeera television network has been broadcasting Qaradawi’s programme “Shariah and Life” for the past 18 years. His fatwas in support of suicide bombings against Israeli civilians sparked considerable controversy. Hi son, Abdurrahman Yusuf al-Qaradawi, is a poet and a political activist in Egypt.

Allah Akhbar is a war cry. These brainwashed criminals have been taught to follow their pedophile prophet who did the same thing before. Muslims only know of allah through Pedo Mo, who according to Quran and other Islamic scripture was a rapist, pedophile, murderer, pirate, thief, warlord, plunderer and slave master. Everything you read about ISIS is exactly what Muhammed did. Rape, enslaving and selling of slaves, beheadings, torture, burning alive of victims and constant warring are all the things Muhammed did. For over 20 years this madman went around the Arabian dessert with his criminal gang to extort, rob, force conversion, rape, murder, torture, behead and commit blasphemy.

One reason why actual torture exists in most Muslim countries - and why groups like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) rarely complain - is that Muhammad himself approved of torture as both an interrogation technique and as a way of putting an offender to death. There are several examples of this from the Sira, Hadith and the Qur’an.

When Muhammad’s favorite wife Aisha was accused of adultery, he launched an investigation that included the brutal interrogation of a female slave:

So the apostle called Burayra to ask her, and Ali got up and gave her a violent beating, saying “Tell the Apostle the truth.” (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 734)

When Muhammad wished to attack the Meccan army at Badr, his men captured two slaves who were carrying water for the caravans and brought them into his presence. They were interrogated under torture as Muhammad stood praying nearby:

“…they brought them along and questioned them while the apostle was standing praying… The people were dismayed at their report…and so they beat them. When they were beaten soundly…” (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 436)

Muhammad ordered and ordered the flogging and beating of a man who had been drinking, even throwing dust in his face afterwards:

Narrated Abdur Rahman ibn Azhar: “I saw the Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) …a man who had drunk wine was brought (before him) and he ordered them (to beat him). So they beat him with what they had in their hands. Some struck him with whips, some with sticks and some with sandals. The Apostle of Allah (peace_be_upon_him) threw some dust on his face.” (Abu Dawud 38:4474)

An egregious example of gruesome torture is Muhammad’s order of execution for several murderers. Rather than simply carry out an eye-for-an-eye killing, the prophet of Islam ordered that the men be executed slowly in the most physically agonizing manner:

They were caught and brought to him (the Holy Prophet). He commanded about them, and (thus) their hands and feet were cut off and their eyes were gouged and then they were thrown in the sun, until they died. (Sahih Muslim 4131 -this account is also confirmed by at least three other narrations).

The Qur’an also prescribes a similar form of execution:

The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides. (Quran 5:33)

What constitutes “mischief in the land” is left to the interpretation of the powers that be.

When Muhammad sent his army to overrun the peaceful farming community of Khaybar, he was not satisfied with the plunder and felt that the town’s treasurer might be holding out on him. He had the man brought to him:

When he [Muhammad] asked him about the rest he refused to produce it, so the apostle gave orders to al-Zubayr bin al-Awwam, “Torture him until you extract what he has.” So he kindled a fire with flint and steel on his chest until he was nearly dead. Then the apostle delivered him to Muhammad bin Maslama and he struck off his head.” (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 764) - This story is also confirmed by Ibn Kathir, vol 3 p. 268.

(As a happy side note to the story – the man’s brutal murder left a beautiful young widow named Saffiya, whom Muhammad was then able to “marry”. As his biographer tells it, on the day he had her husband killed, the prophet of Islam "passed the night with her in a tent of his." (Ibn Ishaq/Hisham 517)

Abu Huraira reported that the Messenger of Allah [Muhammad] (may peace be upon him) said: I have been given superiority over the other prophets in six respects: I have been given words which are concise but comprehensive in meaning; I have been helped by terror (in the hearts of enemies): spoils have been made lawful to me: the earth has been made for me clean and a place of worship; I have been sent to all mankind and the line of prophets is closed with me.
Notice that by declaring in the above hadith that he is the final prophet, Muhammad tried to cut off the possibility of anyone claiming equal status with him; another prophet might effectively challenge Muhammad's authenticity. More significant, Muhammad, in speaking of help from terror, displays again to those who know the core Islamic texts just how far he was willing to go to dominate competing forms of "prophecy," expression, and worldview.
